What's the difference between Free Basic, Medium, and Premium?

Free Basic gives you all 6 areas with 2 sample habits each for 1 month, so you can try the real Dashboard before buying. Medium and Premium add more habits per area, a full year of sheets, and extra features like the Goals sheet and Quarterly Review. See the full breakdown by tier.

Do I need Excel, or does it work in Google Sheets too?

It's a standard spreadsheet file, so it opens in either Google Sheets or Excel - use whichever you're already comfortable with.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

One-time purchase through Gumroad. No recurring fees, no account required to use the file itself.

Do I need to know spreadsheet formulas to use it?

No. All the formulas - completion percentage, streaks, the Dashboard - are already built in. The only sheet you type into is Setup, where you list your habits (see the setup guide).

Can I upgrade from Free Basic to Medium or Premium later?

Yes. All versions live on the same Gumroad page - when you're ready for more habits or the extra sheets, buy the higher tier there.

Is my tracking data shared with anyone, or stored online?

No. It's your own spreadsheet file - either downloaded to your computer or living in your own Google Drive if you use Sheets. Nothing you track is sent to this site or seen by anyone else.

What if I want a refund?

Purchases and refunds are handled by Gumroad directly, under their own policy - use the receipt link from your purchase email, or reach out through Contact and it'll get pointed the right way.

Something isn't working, or I found a mistake
